Zimbabwe's black farmers are putting the country back on the map as one of the top producers of tobacco following years of decline after the 2000 land seizures. VOA's Ndimyake Mwakalyelye reports.

Great news! Good job zimbabwe(and thanks for taking a chinese loan instead of giving them the land to cultivate for pennies on the dollar like some others would've) . If people around the world want African goods, great. Let them buy it from Africans. NOTE: this is where Africans in the diaspora come in to buy the goods on the continent and use thier citizenship abroud to distribute and/or produce goods for sell in thier home country . Thats what the final leg will look like!

I'm not African or black, but I have to say his policy was needed in order to reset the balanced of colonial land ownership. American sanction because of the land reforms did more damage than the land reforms. However, being British its nice to hear a positive story about Zimbabwe.
