vue - Zimbabwe hosts Harare agricultural show
The Harare agricultural show officially kicked off on Friday. The two-day long exhibition is the main agricultural gathering where farmers and other institutions dealing in agriculture showcase their products to the local and international markets. This year's edition of the show was graced by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Lesotho, Thomas Thabane who was also guest of honor. Officiating at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Thabane said Zimbabwe and other African countries should work hard to become efficient in food production in order to avoid some richer nations who use food aid as a tool for manipulation.
